Professional Development workshop with Deadly Deaf Sis!

Providing practical, engaging workshops from the DAS (Deaf Aboriginal Services) team in Auslan. The sessions will be lead by Joanna Aguis OAM and Samantha Wilson.

For who?

This workshop is for Auslan teachers in schools or TAFEs, Auslan Interpreters, Deaf Organisations and any Auslan user.

Workshop Topic?

The workshop will focus on the topic "Why do Aboriginal people struggle to connect to the National Anthem?" Following the workshop, will be a Q&A.

Session Information:

There are multiple sessions of the same workshop available. Each workshop is 2 hours in duration and a capacity of 10 people. The cost per workshop is $55 plus GST per person. There are 5 available sessions you can book from:

  • Session 1: Friday 26th March 6-8pm
  • Session 2: Friday 2nd of April 6-8pm
  • Session 3: Friday 9th of April 6-8pm
  • Session 4: Friday 16th of April 6-8pm
  • Session 5: Friday 23rd of April 6-8pm

*Remember, each session is a repetition of the same workshop.
