SARA: We are excited to host another Advocacy Forum for April on Thursday 22 April 2021 from 6pm to 7pm. Catherine, can you tell us what the topic will be?
CATHERINE: Well, individuals' experiences in the health system is often a common discussion in the Deaf Community. This is why Deaf Victoria undertakes a project called Health Advocacy Project, to explore new models of accessing mainstream health system for Victorians who are deaf or hard of hearing. Our Advocacy Forum for April will launch our recently developed resources and have a discussion on how these resources can benefit you and the Deaf Community.
SARA: You can join our Advocacy Forum on Facebook Livestream or on Zoom. If you are joining us on Zoom, this will allow you to participate in the Q&A session and ask questions in Auslan. We are also looking forward to have two Guest Presenters joining us. Who is it, Catherine?
